EXTRA VERGIN OLIVE OIL


The Extra Vergin Olive Oil is made with several varieties of olives such as Frantoio, Moraiolo, Leccino and Pendolino.

The harvest takes place rather early (beginning of November) and the olives are picked from the trees entirely by hand in order to guarantee the particularly sharp taste and intense lively green colour that distinguish this oil from other areas and cold pressed within 48 hours.

The resulting product has a low level acidity (0,2-0,3%) and perfectly preserves all the most valuable dietetic characteristics of the olive, such as the unsaturable fat acids and vitamins A, D and E. Colour is brillant green/yellow.
