A peasant tradition which has been handed on since generations guarantee the genuineness of the typical agricoltural products of the "Colli Fiorentini". The Chianti Colli Fiorentini (D.O.C.G.) is produced following the classical regulation of the "Governo alla Toscana", the pure genuine Extra Virgin Olive Oil from first press, the seasonal peaches, the grape (salamanna and moscato table grapes), the canaiolo, trebbiano and malvasia grapes from which we also press our White Tuscan Wine and the Vin Santo dessert wine.
