Green rice

Ingredients for 4
200 gr. rice
60 gr. spinach leaves
30 gr. gorgonzola
2 spoons of cream
1 knob of butter
2 spoons of Parmesan cheese
Salt, pepper

Lightly cook the spinach and put through a food processor. Boil the rice for about 5 minutes. Place the butter, cream, gorgonzola and spinach in a pan, add the rice and cook for 5 minutes. Add a little stock and, when almost cooked, a little parmesan cheese. Serve hot.
